You don’t need to check the local news for weather.  For more than a decade, the West Coast Brew Festival has slowly but surely evolved into the precursor to Summer in Sacramento.  More often than not, this venerable brew festival has brought the Summer heat with it.  One week, it’s mid 70′s.  Then the West Coast Brew Fest comes around and you can almost count our area’s first 90°F day.
