No matter if you started riding BMX or on an old 50cc when you were 10, or you ride a street bike and the thought of running down and up 30 foot dirt ravines scares the shit out of you, all riders respect Hangtown and capacity crowds prove that this event is one of the most popular in the country.

The 40th annual Honda Hangtown Motocross Classic will be held May 29 through June 1 at the Prairie City with the pros going head-to-head Saturday and Sunday. The races are the second on a 12 race tour, part of the Toyota AMA Motocross Championships.

Tickets are available at the box office or online at hangtownmx.com. Admission is $16.50 on Saturday for adults, $6.50 for children ages 8-12, while children under seven are free. On Sunday, adult admission is $35, while tickets for children ages 8-12 are $11.50.
